Politicians, civil society activists, and media will gather in Berlin for the The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Integration Congress. This international conference focuses on political and cultural shifts in the EU due to refugees’ arrival and population shifts in Europe. The event takes place on March 6-7 and aims to answer some of the most urgent questions about integration and acceptance as a part of all-European agenda.
The congress is an opportunity to listen to sessions and discussions from renowned scholars, deputies, and activists on the current political affairs in relation to migration and refugees. The speakers will talk about what is being done to integrate newcomers into European society, and what challenges appear before the migrants and locals in the wake of political crisis, population increase, and international trends. Finally, the event will serve as a platform for communication between the active members of civil society and governmental organizations to arrange a succesful dialogue between them.
