Globalisation becomes more and more evident these years, which increases the amount of exchanges on an international level. That’s why young leaders from Asia and Europe met from 10 to 16 November 2008 in Madrid, in this innovative city to talk about urban initiations on an international level. Participants from different countries involved in urban projects came to discuss the future and the international urban strategies.
